Featuring the unparalleled talents of Chef Troy Thompson MAD Hospitality's Culinary Director,. the Dining Room harkens back to the days of dining for the sheer pleasure of it, and enjoying wonderful culinary experiences.

Featuring a la carte and three and four couse prix fixe menu options. Executive Chef and Culinary Director Troy Thompson, creates each dish from the freshest available farm to table ingredients. Desserts are impeccably prepared by Chef Eduard Fenouil, of sister location, Patisserie on Main.
