About MAD Hospitality

Located in historic Madison, Georgia, MAD Hospitality, LLC was formed in 2020 by Thomas Preston Real Estate, LLC.  Madison has a charming small town feel with a big city appreciation for great food, wine and cocktails! Our team has been involved in the hospitality industry for the past 30 years. By offering dining concepts that did not exist in the area,  MAD Hospitality has brought the sophistication of Chef-driven menus, locally sourced food, an excellent wine portfolio, fresh cocktails, and delicious coffee to Madison.  All of our restaurants are housed on the Square in historic buildings coupled with thoughtfully designed style and comfort in mind. 

Madison is one of the most beautiful, historic Georgia cities located just an hour east of Atlanta, and thirty minutes from Athens and Lake Oconee. Over the past few  years many people from Atlanta and larger cities have migrated to Madison to enjoy the  quality of life.  Our central location allows us to benefit from the easy familiarity of a small town, while at the same time, continuing to stay connected to the larger metropolitan feel of Atlanta and Athens.

MAD Hospitality offers residents and visitors to Madison a culinary experience that is highlighted with creative and stylish restaurants delivered in unique historic settings. Current restaurants include: The Dining Room, The Sinclair, Hart & Crown Tavern. Patisserie On Main, Betty Gene's

While headquartered in Madison, MAD Hospitality, LLC is also developing projects in other Georgia cities including Lake Oconee, Milledgeville, and Atlanta.
